The Bvlgari Resort & Mansions Cave Cay to Be Open in the Bahamas

Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts continues to promise luxury for years to come.

Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts has announced plans for a new Bvlgari Resort & Mansions in Cave Cay, Bahamas, set to open in 2029. This project adds to their portfolio, which includes upcoming locations in the Maldives, Miami Beach, and Bodrum between 2026 and 2027, expanding the collection to thirteen sites worldwide – including Milan, London, Bali, Dubai, Shanghai, Beijing, Paris, Tokyo and Rome.

The Cave Cay resort will include 64 luxurious suites and beachfront villas, plus 48 Bvlgari-branded private mansions and estates offered for sale. Located on a stunning 220-acre private island in the Exumas, it will feature white-sand beaches, caves, and panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean. Amenities will include a spa and wellness center, sports facilities, a kids’ club, the renowned Bvlgari Bar, and Il Ristorante – Niko Romito, overseen by Michelin-starred Chef Niko Romito. A fully operational marina will not only accommodate the docking needs of the residents and provide visitors with a promenade, but it will also open a door for shopping, dining, and a range of water sports activities.
