Prada Frames Comes Back in Its 4th Edition

Reflecting Prada’s belief that intellectual inquiry and cross-disciplinary dialogue can act as vessels for progress…

Prada Frames is back! Running in parallel to Milan’s Salone del Mobile, the event – curated by research studio Formafantasma – focuses on ideas rather than products. The initiative sits at the intersection of design, culture and society to explore contemporary issues through a variety of perspectives in order to enhance complexities.

Entitled In Transit, this year’s edition offers a prismatic look on infrastructure as a dynamic and multifaceted system that enables, restricts and shapes movement, whether of people, goods, data or power. Get ready to aboard the Arlecchino train which was recently restored by the Fondazione FS Italiane and originally designed by Gio Ponti and Giulio Minoletti in the 1950s, or to visit the Padiglione Reale, the historic structure once reserved as a waiting area for Italian royalty and heads of state within Milan’s Central Station to attend the discussions. But before, register at Prada.com starting March 31 as admission is complementary and based on availability!
