Watchmaking and Art Meet Again in Hublot’s Masterpieces

Once again, the Maison masters the Art of Fusion with timepieces that bring together watchmaking and artistry.

A distinctive symbol of Hublot's personality, the Art of Fusion guided the Maison's latest innovations and partnerships. For 44 years, the brand has been pushing the boundaries incessantly and with its vision of the future, its watches embody stunningly contemporary technologies through cutting-edge materials. Continuing its journey of collaborations with some of the world’s leading artists and designers, the Maison unveils two new watches true to its passion for both art and watchmaking.

The Hublot Big Bang Tourbillon Carbon SR_A by Samuel Ross watch was first presented at Art Basel in Miami. After working with shades of orange and green in his previous collaborations with the brand, the artist now introduces a new chromatic variation based around the color blue. The watch retains its 44 mm diameter and 13.75 mm thickness, while featuring a honeycomb pattern in a new grey finish that extends to the movement. Its two-tone finish on the bezel is completed with hands and hour markers enhanced by two shades of blue, one dark and one light, and the lighter one also adorns the crown molding, while the timepiece is powered by the Manufacture calibre HUB6035 including a self-winding micro-rotor and a skeleton tourbillon visible at 6 o’clock. To make this watch even more special, only 50 examples will be available for sale, each presented in a specially designed collector’s box.

The Spirit of Big Bang Sang Bleu All Black Pavé watch sees Swiss tattoo artist Maxime Plescia-Buchi engraving Hublot’s distinctive codes in black ink – continuing their joint creative journey that started in 2016. Limited to just 200 pieces, this edition features a 42mm polished black-plated case adorned with 180 black diamonds, totaling approximately 2.4 carats. Maxime Plescia-Buchi’s iconic tattoo artistry, defined by sharp lines and intricate geometric patterns, gives the watch its distinctive three-dimensional design. Powered by the HUB4700 Self-winding Skeleton Chronograph movement, the watch offers a 50-hour power reserve and will make its debut in China, three months ahead of its global release.
