At the iconic El Badi Palace in Marrakech, Morocco, Fashion Trust Arabia (FTA) hosted its sixth annual FTA 2024 Prize as part of the Qatar-Morocco 2024 Year of Culture, aimed at fostering connections through cultural exchanges. Her Excellency Sheikha Al Mayassa bint Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Chairperson of Qatar Museums and Co-Chair of FTA, along with FTA Co-Founder Tania Fares, welcomed the guests and emphasized their commitment to nurturing the next generation of fashion talent from the MENA region.

International and regional celebrities, industry leaders, and press members attended to honor seven exceptional designer winners, who were selected by a prestigious FTA Jury of industry experts during a highly anticipated deliberation day at the Beldi Country Club. And with the Jury and Advisory board members – including Olivier Rousteing, Giambattista Valli, Zuhair Murad, Delfina Delettrez, Gaia Repossi, and Rachid Rachid to name a few – who also had remarkable input at the event, the place was buzzing with exceptional talents.

The finalists from the different categories showcased their collections, and the 2024 FTA winners are:

• Ready-to-Wear Award: Yasmin Mansour

• Eveningwear Award: Nadine Mosallam

• Accessories Award: Reem Hamed

• Jewelry Award: Noura Abdulaziz Al Saud, Sara Naif Al Saud and Mashael Khalid Al Saud

• Franca Sozzani Debut Talent Award: Sylwia Nazzal

• Fashion Tech Award: Batoul al-Rashdan

• Guest Country Award – Spain: Francisco Barroso & Javier Garcia
