Through its Spring-Summer 2025 collection, Louis Vuitton has used its tradition of savoir-faire and its art de vivre to reconcile two antagonists – softness and power, and revisited French fashion in its very own way. Contrast is at the heart of the House’s designs, generating a seemingly constant movement.

Opposites were harmonious and structures were supple. The collection reflected lightness, depth and ethereal opulence through creations of a razor-sharp delicacy and resolute femininity. Pictorial works by artist Laurent Gasso adorned a selection of pieces, reprising five paintings from the series entitled Studies into the Past.

All in all, it was a game where opposites met only to present Louis Vuitton’s idea of French fashion in today’s language.
