For the Dior Spring-Summer 2025 ready-to-wear collection, Maria Grazia Chiuri reinterprets the meaning of fashion, allowing each garment to narrate its creation. Drawing from the archives, Chiuri started with Christian Dior’s Amazone dress from Autumn-Winter 1951-1952, using it as a symbol of feminine strength and independence.

The collection pushed the boundaries between the artistic process and the final creation, emphasizing the intimate relationship between the body and its attire. Bold contrasts dominated the silhouettes, with graphic checks and elongated Miss Dior logos adding modernity. White shirts were paired with black skirts, pants, and dresses, creating a dynamic interplay of dualities. Metallic embroidery brought a touch of opulence, while jersey fabrics enhanced sports shirts with an effortless elegance.

Unveiled within an immersive art installation by SAGG Napoli, the collection embodied the powerful, autonomous spirit of women, celebrating their courage and individuality with each thoughtfully constructed piece.
