Since 1999 and Dior’s iconic codes have continually embellished Victoire de Castellane’s jewelry creations with infinite sources of inspiration. The Artistic Director continues this rich heritage this year, designing this time an unprecedented collection entitled Diorama & Diorigami. It is a subtle interlude between yesterday and today, a symbiosis of refinement and voluptuousness. In fact, the first chapter of the line, Diorama, reproduces the emblematic Toile de Jouy – that dreamy motif, an expression of French art de vivre, a symbol of the 18th century, and a key factor in Christian Dior’s dazzling success.
The fruit of excellent savoir-faire, the pieces not only embody the virtuosity of the Ateliers, but also bring to life a multitude of captivating landscapes forming a veritable Eden. Each of them unveils a mesmerizing decor punctuated by poetic flora and fauna inviting you on a gentle stroll through the garden of Milly-la-Forêt. And with their vibrant shades such as the deep green of emeralds harmonized with the softer verdant tones of tsavorite garnets, they bring out the nuances of these enchanting tableaus.
