An “auteur d’images” that has marked our iconographic memory of the last few decades, Jean-Paul Goude is honored this year through Tod’s “So Far So Goude” exhibition.

Taking place at Milan’s Padiglione di Arte Contemporanea, the exhibit features images that illustrate the talent and the one-of-a-kind vision of the artist – or the artisan as he likes to describe himself. Through his artworks, he depicts the physicality of his muses, especially Grace Jones and Farida Khelfa.

Also a photographer, film director and dream merchant, this artist is known for relentlessly seeking out quality and making from details a culture and style. With his original techniques in capturing his muses, his creations become real works of art that embody an entire era. Having the opportunity to discover a part of this artist’s talent, this exhibition is not to be missed.
