5 Fun Ways to Exercise

Exercising can be a little bit of a hassle for some, but we all know how important it is. As part of our new resolution – which is to try our best to lose those extra kilos and get a glamorous body for summer – we should not find excuses and give up easily.

 We can always find some ways to exercise and have fun at the same time. You will find that tips below will make you healthier not only during these few months, but also for the rest of your life. Here are some ideas to inspire you.

1 – Almost everybody loves dancing. Whether you choose salsa, flamenco, swing, tango or hip hop, you will be exercising and burning calories.

2 – It is so easy to make your home a mess, but how hard is it to clean it? Well, don’t worry as cleaning your home and organizing it can be so much fun. All you need is the will to do so, a timer and some loud music to give you some energy. Set the time you need to accomplish the tasks – without cheating – and challenge yourself!

3 – Visiting a friend that lives two streets away can be so much fun, but do you know what makes it more amusing? Using your bike to get there! In addition to enjoying the breeze outside  in the afternoon, you will be exercising your body.

4 – If you have the choice of taking the stairs or using the elevator, opt for the first one! Elevators can only be helpful when you have a meeting or when you are late.

5 - Play with kids instead of sitting to watch them and make sure that everything they are doing is safe. Besides having the opportunity to feel younger every day, the amusing games will certainly bring back some beautiful memories from your childhood.
