A good night sleep is not about the quantity, but the quality. Your waking hours and what comes with them, from stress to fatigue, hugely affect your sleep at night. In order to avoid sleepless nights and bad-mood mornings, some changes need to be made when it comes to our lifestyle.

4 – What you eat and drink during the day also affects your sleep, so cut down on caffeine and avoid eating heavy meals at night or drinking too many liquids in the evening.
