This year’s Jaeger-LeCoultre Glory goes to… American director Brian De Palma

During this year’s 72nd edition of The Biennale di Venezia, American director Brian De Palma –winner of the Filmmaker 2015 Award– will receive the Venice International Film Festival’s Jaeger-LeCoultre Glory.

Brian De Palma –who has made a remarkable contribution to contemporary cinema– has directed over 30 films, including Scarface (1983) and Mission Impossible (1996). The director will be presented with his prize on September 9th, at 9.30pm.
