With 10 years full of adventures at Louis Vuitton, Nicolas Ghesquière had a lot to draw inspiration from while embarking on a new journey in retrospect guided by his memories. His imagination went wild in this exploration of introspection as memories resurfaced as a stratification of emotions, reflections, and references. The House’s Fall-Winter 2024-2025 collection was thus born bearing witness to a decade of fashion. With what is familiar being renewed, the collection was presented in the Cour Carrée at the Louvre, an iconic venue for Louis Vuitton shows and the place where Nicolas Ghesquière presented his first collection exactly ten years ago.
Black, white, blue, grey, gold, and a generous dose of shimmer along with remarkable metallic hues, mainly formed the vibrant color palette that accentuated the pieces’ exquisiteness. Asymmetrical and of various volumes, the dazzling attires were completed with exceptional accessories forming the perfect looks totally perfect to adopt as is.
