In a dazzling exhibition at the prestigious Via Riyadh in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Cartier pays tribute to its iconic Panthère. The Maison’s legendary feline is the star of the “Into the Wild” exhibition, where visitors can go on an enthralling journey to discover the evolution of the iconic symbol throughout the past century. Between Cartier's exquisite craftsmanship and innovative technology, four enchanting stages showcase the different facets of the Panthère starting with a series of archival sketches, photographs, and videos of the Maison's feline. Open to the public till 5 February, the exhibition isn’t the only thing visitors can enjoy as the refreshments at the Panthère cafe, where the Maison's signature feline patterns take over a themed pop-up space, are also a real treat.
However, when visiting the exhibition, we can’t but pay extra attention to the life-size replica of Ms. Toussaint’s – Cartier's Creative Director from 1933 to 1970 – Paris office, an all-white space that unexpectedly springs to life with a dynamic projection symbolizing Jeanne Toussaint's progressive influence on contemporary jewelry. From the corridor of patterned marvels to the breathtaking showcase of the Maison’s signature feline creations, amazement reigns at every turn.
