A celebration of the boundless power of sisterhood, the latest Waad Aloqaili collection, “Into the Dawn”, is the route back of Co-creative Directors Ahlam and Waad Aloqaili to the image of the butterfly as a captivating motif for rebirth. Inspired by the deep spiritual bond between them, this collection was born from the unshakeable love and support between two women during times of darkness. It offers exquisite floor-skimming dresses with a joyous spectrum of jewel tones akin to a blossoming garden filled with butterflies. Cut from lustrous silks, the gowns radiate in uplifting shades of amber, coral, and turquoise, while floods of diamantes and gemstones create streams of shimmering light. In turn, asymmetrical and above-the-knee dresses exude playfulness while ostrich feathers and hand-embroidered butterflies ripple with the air as if ready to fly.
