Defined by simplicity and as a return to foundations, the Saint Laurent Summer 2024 womenswear collection has a pragmatic stance. Couture-informed daytime looks and a looser silhouette than in past seasons were Anthony Vaccarello’s go-to while drawing inspiration from Amelia Earhart, Adrienne Bolland, and other pioneering women who infiltrated domains once considered exclusively male, such as aviation and car racing.

The resulting marvels reflect, once again, how the House continues seeking to offer assertive sophistication, liberally taking elements from a man's wardrobe and making them lastingly feminine. From the variations on the safari jacket and jumpsuits to the belted waist, cotton and linen in earthy colors, sharp accessories – including leather gloves and high heels, and everything in between, the refinement the house is known for exudes even from the smallest details.
