For Spring 2015, Lebanese designer Elie Saab reimagined an aquatic world and brought it to life through various shades of blue in his latest spring 2015 couture collection. Similar inspiration was also used for his namesake fragrance collection that now features a new limited-edition perfume, ELIE SAAB Le Parfum, Resort Collection 2015.

Just like the spring 2015 couture collection, the new bottle reflects the changing sunrays reflected in the surface of the water. Its strong refreshing scent leaves off a feeling of freedom and renewal, taking the wearer on a journey across the big blue ocean.

Created by French-American perfumer Francis Kurkdjian, the new perfume has a floral, fruity and sun-kissed scent. The silky scent of figs is mixed with essential Mandarin oil, white jasmine and Frangipani flower, giving it that exotic accent. The perfume’s base is a fusion of Amber and Cedar, which suitably adds a touch of warmth and sophistication to the sweet delicate fragrance.

“The fragrance is released in waves like a warm gentle breeze caressing the face of a woman who stands on the deck of her yacht wearing a stunning long dress in a shade of blue that is reminiscent of the sea,” said Kurkdjian. “It is a fleeting but intense moment filled with nothing but harmony.”
