Looking like it just arrived from Egypt, this line was indeed inspired by J.J.'s deep connection to and explorations through the beautiful country over two of her latest trips. The rich embroideries, bold embellishments, hand-placed prints, and all the thought-after little details pay an ode to the magic and mysticism of the country that spoke to the designer’s soul and to its exceptional craft that fed her imagination. In short, the depth of the ancient Egyptian influence is evidenced across the entire collection, both in overall concept and minute details woven throughout with an unprecedented level of craftsmanship and creativity.
