When Dior presents a show, not only does the presented collection steal the light with its items, but with everything related to it. In fact, nothing proves this better than the makeup look that the Creative and Image Director for Dior Makeup, Peter Philips, created for Kim Jones’ Fall 2023 Men collection show. This enhanced natural look achieved thanks to the Dior Backstage makeup routine leaves the skin looking even and luminous and we will tell you all about applying it.

First, he prepped the skin with the Dior Capture Totale skincare routine, which involves using the Super Potent Serum followed by the Super Potent Eye Serum for the eyes. Second, he blurred the complexion with the Dior Backstage Face & Body Primer 001 Universal before evening it out with the Dior Backstage Face & Body Foundation. He then finishes up this step by applying the Dior Backstage Face & Body Flash Perfector Concealer. Now that the base is done, he moved to the eyes. He channeled his attention to the eyebrows, which were disciplined with the Diorshow on Set Brow. Afterwards came the lips to which he applied Rouge Dior Velvet Balm 000 Diornatural in order to keep them hydrated while looking matte and transparent. As for the hair, some models had their hair completely bleached, while other models’ hair was left natural.
