It took a two-year renovation process for Cartier to reopen its Dubai Mall flagship boutique. The relationship the House has with the Gulf region goes back to the early nineties, when Jacques Cartier visited Dubai, and since then it celebrated the region’s culture and landscapes whenever it had the chance. This time, Cartier’s boutique was inspired by an oasis at the center of the desert that elevated the ambiance’s exquisiteness. Thirty iconic pieces from the House’s heritage are exhibited to the public for the first time in the Middle East, which allowed us to feast our eyes with high jewelry creations that royals and celebrities wore, such as the Scroll Tiara of Queen Elisabeth of the Belgians, the Panthère brooch of the Duke of Windsor and the crocodile chef-d'oeuvre that had been worn by Mexican actress Maria Felix.

A mix between Cartier’s heritage of luxury, the boutique’s new interior and the region’s charm makes this journey so unique.
